Yes and it was also a lot of fun for me :-( Headaches and severe dizzy spells and denial as I stated every day the dizzy spells weren't from the induction diet...but they were. Straight low carb is something can do but not ongoing which probably negates the whole idea behind it. But induction? No thanks. the army will have to march without me!
