Hello, Been on the 'Body For Life' program for two years and need a change of pace. I have read some of the pros and cons of high-protein diet plans. Does anyone have a URL to an actual laid out plan for an HP diet ? I bought a bucket of GNC Whey as a starting point, but could use a full regimented program, to make sure I do not hurt myself and get the maximum benefit. Thank you in advance. Sean
