I hear yeah, I'm in my 20's anymore either, and learning wise I could
not
be of any efficiency if it wasn't for modafinil. 
The price is high, but i believe more generics are on the way. 

Regarding modafinil - I finally received my order from a company that
i thought was bunk..

It took them a while to ship, but price beats it.
