Phenibut / Gabatropin product

Here is a link to a website selling a product which claims to act 'as
a mood elevator, cognitive enhancer (nootropic), anxiolytic
(anti-anxiety treatment), and tranquilizer'. Phenibut was originally
developed in russia in the 1960s. I looks to be similar to another
Russian nootropic picamilon / pikamilone which acts on GABA.

I am wondering if anyone has tried this product before or if they want
to field test it (researching thoroughly researching through the net
any side effects/drug interactions of course) and post their
experiences that would be great too. Anything that does what it claims
to do has to be very interesting.
