The object of this competition seems to have been to come up 
with a slogan so obviously, ludicrously false that no one 
could possibly take it seriously.

The sad part is that this sort of exaggeration usually leads 
people to discount warnings about the dangers of drugs 
altogether, including accurate ones. It's not just 
ineffective, but actively counterproductive.
