I'm not familiar with the 4623. The 5124 is an excellent machine.
Check to see which machine has the stitches you will need to do what
you're planning to do, and which one is easier/more comfortable for
you to operate. The 5124 has been discontinued. It's replacement would
be the 6125 or 6260.
