Re: Euro pro 7100

Just FYI, but their customer service is awful!  The product (a press) is
good but eventually needed service.  I tried contacting the website
indefinately under construction.  Tried 800 number which only had recorded
info.  Faxed 2x w/ no response put all contact info including email on it
too.  Then I looked them up at the BBB and they have numerous customer
complaints.  The product was decent, it's the CS that is lacking.  I was
only trying to find an authorized service center for my press, seems pretty
simple, but apparently not.  Press still not fixed and I won't buy another
product from them of any significant value.
