Trouble is that the blessed thing is out of print!  I have looked, and
the cheapest you seem to be able to get it from Amazon is £20...  It was
no. 5 when I did a search on Amazon UK.  Their prices are usually fair. 
Mind you, while I could see it fetching £20 in like new condition,
£79.95 is bleedin' silly - 'scuze my Klatchian!  It's good, but not THAT
good!
