Ceramic Restoration

Hi group. I have a beswick dulux dog figure that needs restoration. Someone
has took an angle grinder and cut a slot, to make it into a money box! I am
looking for a person to restore this piece. I am from the Berkshire area.
Any ideas, and what would the price be?
