Re: Help with computer Monitor Display

Gaye,

It sounds as though your monitor driver has become corrupted and the monitor
is running on the default driver.

(In case you don't know, the driver is a little bit of software which tells
the computer how to talk to a particular sort of device, and sometimes they
get corrupted.)

If you are running Windows, you will need to go to the Device Manager
(through System on the Control Panel), and re-install the driver. If you
don't know how to do that, let me know what version of Windows you have (98,
XP, etc), and I will try to step you through it.
