Didn't mention that it was airlocked.  Yeah, if it had been sitting
open in a bucket for a year, I would put on my chemical protection
suit, take my over under 12 gauge and fight off the molds and bacteria
on my way to dumping it somewhere, probably Yucca Mountain.

Thanks for the advice.  I am transferring it to my glass carboy, I'll
add a little camden and see how she goes.  I have Dungeons and Dragons
friends, I'll try it out on them.  A little real life role playing.
The bartender looks at you oddly, then pulls a bottle out from under
the counter.  I have the special stuff here for you guys, he chortles.
Roll a d20 to save.  :-)
