Overall, nice site.. I think the top header graphic is FAR to tall 
though.. It takes up a lot of valuable screen space, and at lower 
resolution viewing, it will dwarf your actual content.. 

The background image itself is huge in bytes.. 170k for an image is way 
too much.. That image alone will take a modem user as much as a full 
minute to download.. You'll loose a lot of potential viewers that way..

But, I do like the color combos..
