I find that Turbo always takes longer than instructions claim,I've
tried several types and they all take a lot longer.24hour can take up to
week and the others more even in ideal temperatures.Leaving it to finish
completely plus some,seems to produce more.I got 18.5 litre of 40% from a 40
litre boiler load last time.
Clearing can be slow,more like settling! I siphon the wash off the settled
yeast 2 or 3 times and distill it cloudy without any problem.
