I don't have a picture, but I just ran the lines from the barbs on the manifold, right through the holes I drilled, into the fridge. I didn't even use anything to seal around the holes, because I drilled them so close to the diameter of the lines no cold air is escaping (at least I can't feel any cold air escaping...). I just attached my ball-lock gas fittings to the end of the lines in the fridge. Pretty easy. If you'd like, I can email you a picture in a day or so when I get a minute.
