Huh? You use 130% malt? What makes up the other negative 30%? ;) Perhaps you meant 29.5% Munich malt?

My marzen has 59.1% Vienna, 59.5% Munich and 11.4% Crystal 20L. Mmmmmmmmm......

It came in a close second at a recent party to my dry hopped APA.
