Japanese Type 89 Mortar Round, Inert

This WWII Japanese Type 89 Mortar Round is completely inert and in excellent
condition. The round measures 6 inches high x 2 inches diameter. It is
complete and includes the fuse, and body. The body has a yellow paint stripe
midway and a red stripe near the top. It is dated (19.1). The fuse is brass
and has the retaining pin and string tie. The lower half of the body (where
the copper band shows) is removable. The fuse and fuse pin are also
removable. Both the fuse and body have many Japanese stamps. The round is in
excellent condition. There is no rust and all removeable parts (i.e.
threaded parts) work properly. The fuse plunger pin also works properly (not
frozen). These are getting harder to find and this would add to any Japanese
collection.
