Here's a link to a website I found for a wholesale reseller named
Cheryl Johnson (which could explain the sticker).  As you can see, she
has a lot of knicknacks like this available, though not this
particular piece.  Maybe you can contact them and see if she sold this
at one time.

I don't know why it says Dept 56.  I thought they only made villages,
not these larger types of "garden art" pieces.
