A number of people have contacted me tonight, claiming that
they cannot access the above site.  I do not understand, since
they have contacted me through the email-address given on
the site.  The email address is not published on this group ...

Others say that the links between the pages are broken.

I have just tried out the site online myself and have no
problems accessing.  This may be because the main
URL is in my cache.  So I have also tried out arbitrarily
chosen individual pages (that are not in my cache) and
I have still no problems accessing.

So I can only say that those who have tried to visit the
site may have local server problems.  Please try again
later, and I am sure that the problem appears resolved.
