drysuit or bibs

I have a drytop now.
The water is starting to get cold.
I have a choice of getting a kokotat bibs or the meridian dry suit. A dry
suit i think would offer better exposure procetion....once you flip out if
you do the bib system would saturate once you  were out of your
boat.....then the chill would set in LOL.
