Thanks Leon,
Maybe the doctors should say," you have a slight astigmatism".
It seams what I heard was "you have A stigmatism". This happens to me
a lot. You know, Your, you're, theirs, there's, and they're you have
it. I like the site info but, how it was explained to me from that
doctor that said, "you have A stigmatism". I had a different vision in
one eye than the other. Plop he changed one of the lenses and bingo.
So when using my very cheap binoculars without glasses. I simply focus
them accordingly. I can set it strait and bumble through the glasses,
or I can adjust the right lenses slightly + and bingo It looks no
different to me. Maybe I bought a placebos pair of noculars and I just
think I am seeing those pink elephants in detail. Which, or witch
brings me to smearing Jell-O on limbs to get those footprints sort of
like the ones in my refrigerator. That's how I know when those pink
elephants are have been climbing out on the limbs for the peanuts in
my bird feeders. I have had about 4 eye injuries due to my profession.
I attribute this to the deformity of my Cornea. The problem I have
with my vision is that not only am I nearsighted and have an
astigmatism, but I also need reading glasses meaning I am farsighted
close up. Yes I know Bifocals! Thats a bummer in the eyes of a
binocular,But all of these deformities in my case are small compared
to others. That's why I seem to get away with defying the laws of
binocular. I guess and will say in all honesty that your site explains
why I do not get the good clarity when I look to the heavens. But I
also opted for the Wal-Mart eyeglasses as well. So you get what you
pay for. I would love to see the world better. Don't get me wrong but
I have resolved myself to be happy with some things in life, and know
I can't afford all I want. When I figure out what guitar to use I
might just play the blues. Or I could set all my guitars up in a
distance and look at them. I'm happy with mine and I know everyone is
reaching for that same goal. I want us all to reach it.
                            In agreement,
                                    Ted
