Tim-<< Huh. I rarely pinch flat (and I weigh 210 lbs), don't inflate my clinchers to 120 psi, and have never had a tire come off when flat. These things may be some sort of fish to you, but in the bike shop and from my own personal experience, pinch flats do happen on clinchers, seldom do on tubies, I have been behind a guy that rolled off a flat clincher, just before he crashed...
