Cycling in Spain

Hi

I am trying to plan a 4 day ride ending in Madrid and starting
somewhere with good air links (eg Valencia, Malaga etc) and covering
300-350 miles (500km). Can handle reasonably steep terrain but nothing
too extreme. Beutiful scenery and points of interest along the way
would be aplus

Would be grateful for any recommendations of starting points and
routes.
