WOW!

That would also be about 1,750,000 KCal burned - or the equivalent of 500
pounds of lost weight, for those of us trying to lose that weight!

I recently fell back under the spell of the roadie. My trusty '93 Cannondale mountain bike never was much for helping me shed weight, but took me many places in its tenure. It'll still see use, but I'm currently turning the big ring and doing that aerobic thing and dropping back down to ~175. Doing the MTB thing I usually hovered around 190.
