You are unfortunately not a one of a kind in this sport though. Bill's point is pretty clear, you take younger people with some skills, teach them how to be better racers and hell they might get better, what a friggin' surprise rather than taking 35 year olds who are not going to be able to make better use of the new insights, and information they are getting than young riders who are still maturing physically. I'm not saying that this won't make older riders better, but their bodies aren't getting stronger at the rate a young rider's is. Bill C
