Like someone else responded, Nashbar is owned by Performance, though 
the operations seem to be completely separate.  I've never bought from 
Performance Bike, but I've had good luck with Nashbar.  Of course 
there are a few horror stories about their customer service as well, 
just like any catalog merchant.
