Amazing is indeed the word. Arent these chaps constantly screened by
psychologists and psychiatrist on their reliability to do exactly as
they are told to do and do no more than what they are told? I suppose
there are leakers even in the best of systems. Frightning stuff - if a
conscientious objector can get into a silo so can a pyromaniac. Thank
