1992 VW Passat - runs good, bad tranny

100K miles, original trans went bad, replaced with yard
trans which went bad. Have a "new" yard trans
that was not installed correctly...many sw faults.
Runs fwd in 2nd gear & reverse.

Engine runs well. Upper front end damage repaired
with NO major damage to frame/steering or engine itself.
Many good or new parts, tires very good all around.
