Anti-Squat

Does anti squat increase traction to the rear during acceleration out of a
corner?  How much anti squat is optimum for a oval track car with a straight
axel rearend? I have seen some cars lift quite a bit when accelerating down
a straight and others lift very little. Are the cars that are lifting more
getting more traction?
