I imagine now his widow (Teresa) owns whatever portion of that corporation's stock was held by him; though I do not think his will was made public. Many companies have officer insurance to protect from that. My partner and I did exactly that, so that if either of us died the other was not suddenly thrown into a business relationship with the wife of the deceased. www.daleearnhardtinc.com does not cover any of that, but I did not expect it to. I am unsure who owns DEI now; though I suspect Teresa owns the lions share (she is President and CEO). I also know that Little E and Teresa co-own a company called Chance 2 Motorsports (which will have a full time presence in Busch next year, with Truex and Little E driving). > I am not so sure about that fallible stuff because my reasoning is > like Mr. Spock on Star Trek.
