Bullshit.  They made a mistake.  People tend to do that now and then.  Go to
www.dictionary.com and search for "fallible".

His name was not Dale Earnhardt.  It was Ralph "Dale" Earnhardt.  His father
was also Ralph Earnhardt.

Accidents happen in racing.  Marlin was not trying to kill Dale,  and given
the chance to live that day again would have sat out the race, rather than
