GRANDAM: G&W Motorsports purchases Doran JE-4

ALTON, Va. (December 2, 2003) -- Cole Scrogham, President of G&W
Motorsports, announced today the purchase of a new Doran JE-4 to contest the
2004 Rolex Sports Car Series.

"Obviously Kevin Doran's car was the class of the field in 2003, and we hope
to prove that the G&W team is the equal of anyone out there in 2004. With
the right tool for the job, we plan to contend for consistent podium
finishes next season," said Scrogham.

The purchase of the Doran car coincides with a fresh commitment from G&W
Motorsports to the Rolex Series. "I see Jim France as a man with a vision
for the future of road racing in the United States. I would like to think
that we are in the same position as NASCAR in the early 70s, right on the
edge of a new era. You see team owners, drivers and teams from all areas of
motorsports gravitating to the Daytona Prototype concept. Even those who
were skeptical a year ago are taking a hard, new look at the future with
Grand American. G&W is the only team to have participated in every Grand
American event, and this news is just another step in the right direction
for us." continued Scrogham.

 "Here at Doran Designs we are both very excited and very busy producing
Daytona Prototypes. G&W Motorsports' President Cole Scrogham has purchased
chassis Number JE-4-004 to be fitted with their 2003 season proven BMW 4
valve V-8 engine," said Kevin Doran of Doran Designs. "With the G&W teams
demonstrated determination, tenacity, and the JE-4 chassis, I believe they
will be a force to be reckoned with in 2004. The Grand American Rolex Series
is once again gaining cars, and momentum as the second Daytona Prototype
season approaches."

G&W Motorsports has commitments from a new sponsor and driving team for the
Doran entry, which will be named shortly. "There is a tradition at G&W of
not letting the silly season run the program," commented Managing Director
Price Cobb. "When the ink is dry on the contracts everyone will know what
the driving lineup is and what sponsorship is in place. I will say at least
three former championship drivers are involved at this point."

Cole Scrogham formed G&W Motorsports in 1996 to cater specifically to
Porsche racing. Focused on the philosophy of winning races in a professional
and ethical manner, G&W Motorsports went on to win the inaugural Grand
American Championship in 2000 and capture both the Rolex Series GT and GTS
championships in 2001.  Since 2000, G&W Motorsports has amassed an
impressive Grand American record. A Porsche Cup, a Grand American
championship in 2000, Grand American GT and GTS championships in 2001, SRPII
team, manufacturer and driver championships in 2003 and team finishes of 14
podiums and 7 wins in 2003. G&W's Grand American record includes 51 podiums
and 16 wins since the inaugural Grand American season in 2000. Believing in
the Daytona Prototypes concept and formula Grand American has developed, G&W
will continue in the Daytona Prototypes class in 2004 as well as the new
Rolex Series SGS class, GT class and Grand-Am Cup.
