Actually i don't really like either of the two, but Ingall is the
worst of the two. 
Skaife is a somewhat arrogant and definitely annoying guy, but if he
has a problem with someone he puts it straight to him and in no
uncertain ways.. 
Ingall is similar, but he does it all underarm.
