I used a tilt column from a late 80's Cherokee in my 34' Hupp. Worked great. Dimmer on the signal switch as well as cruise and wiper controls.

I was thinking more along the lines of a 90's vintage S-10. I own a P/U and a Blazer and there are several at the boneyard.

I expect the column from a 90s S-10 is just about identical to a column
from a late 70s mid size car....
