now thats a really stupid rule they have....

"non racing" is also specified. kinda strange to put
a high HP eng. together and never take it to the track! 


also, 50's Hudsons, Studebakers, Mercs. etc. OR 60's GTO, 
Novas, Mopars etc cant be street rods?  lol
