front end damage+home repair

Hey guys, well i crashed my '93 mazda 323 sedan into the back of a 4wd
(long story), and im looking for the cheapest way to repair it. As far
as i could tell on the scene (it happened yesterday) the bumper needs
replacing, both headlights are gone (although the indicators still
work), theres a small amount of damage to the side panel (infront of
the passenger side door, preventing the door from opening fully),
significant damage to the bumper (hit the spare wheel of the 4wd), the
radiator is shot, and i think a fuel line is severed.

The engine started immediately, however hwen the accellerator was
pressed a clear liquid squirted out the right side of the engine bay
(from drivers perspective) which im assuming is fuel. I'm happy to
have a mechanic repair all of the damaged internals, but i'd like to
go the cheap route and appropriate a bumper bar and new bonnet (hood)
from a wrecker. What i'm wondering is, how do i paint these parts to
the same quality as the rest of the car?

the side panel is only slightly damaged and could probably be panel
beat into shape, however the bonnet is beyond repair and so is the
bumper and headlights.

How hard is it to replace the bumper/headlights? would i be able to do
it myself, or should i get it done by a mechanic?

What equipment do i need to paint it?

Thanks for any help i recieve, this crash has cost me alot already and
i just want my baby back on the road.

PS dont drive barefooted your foot might slip off the damn brake
pedal :(
