Alarm system woes

Is anyone familiar with the ProLock security system ( I think that they're out of 
busines now ).

I bought a Jeep Cherokee that has this system.  Due to a loose battery terminal I lost 
power to my
Jeep for a while.  Once I got everything connected the alarm system seems to be "on" 
and I don't
know how to reset it.  The front and rear lights are flashing as is my dash lights.  
It seems to time out
after a while but as soon as I close my door it starts up again.

For now, since it's 9:00 PM, I just disconnected a battery terminal and went inside to 
look online for
info about this system ( not much success ).

Can anyone help out?
