Regretably, I think it is the head gasket.

I have had many vehicles as the owner of a courier delivery system.

My mechanic said to do the following.  

Run the engine until it heats up with the radiator cap off.  If water is
running over the cap, it is being pushed out by a leak from your head gasket.  

Your choices are to trade the vehicle in before you blow the engine or have the
head gasket replaced.  Approx $1300.
