Repace the speedo cable on a 2002 jetta?? It's completely electronic!
Problem may be one of many things... wrong rim size, faulty speed
sensor in the transmission, bad wiring, or faulty guages. The problems
I've come across as a VW technician on these 2002 jettas have been the
instrument cluster, or the customer swapped the rims. Hope this helps.
