used bmw - pricing question

hi, i'm new to bmw's, this would be a starter bmw, looking at....
1993 525i, 4dr sedan, 142k miles, good condition.  may need
tires, cleaning.
body good, inside good, one owner, taken decent care of....
looking at about $5500.00  usd
all ideas? tips? recommendations? are appreciated.
