Its a road mobile with the capacity to handle mud, snow and ice. I bought one because I live on the farm, and need 4wd occasionally to get through muddy fields or to the duck blind. The rest of teh time, I want a comfortable ride to take my woife out to dinner in. If I wanted to run the Rubicon, I'd buy a serious off-road mobile like an old CJ5 or my old 74 Bronco. But these aren't the vehicles I want for the daily commute or even to run to the store for parts.
