Are there laws that require you to drive over the speed limit if you are in the left lane of a multilane highway? I though most of the laws say something like keep right except to pass. Do they really say, keep right except to drive at speeds in excess of the posted limit? Do states have laws that say even if you are in the act of passing another vehicle you must immeadiately increase your speed to whatever the jerk behind you thinks is appropriate? I most have missed those in driver's ed. Ed
