How "technically proficient" do you think you have to be to post HERE, on
ANY newsgroup?!
Even you managed to do so.
To build a web site today is just filling in the blanks.  I helped with the
more "technical" stuff,  like the edited photos.
If your "technically proficient" enough to post here, even you could do it.
Just have a little faith.
