So you'd go after the kid who defended himself instead of handing over 
his lunch money to the kid who demanded it or else.

You certainly are assbackwards. 

Here's a hint for you, the bully is the kid that demands another kid's 
lunch money. That other kid doesn't become a bully because he refuses
to hand over his lunch money.

You are being inconsistant. Just above you stated a person who defends 
himself is a "BULLY" and 'should be jailed.
