*GRUMBLE* Having some one do something that is constantly irritating to
you and won't stop does tend to make you want to do drastic things. That's
what I mean by provocation. I don't think he should have acted on his
impulse to shoot (and honestly, who knows if he meant to kill them, I
personally think it sounds like he was just stupid, meant to scare them,
and accidently hit one), but, I don't think what he did was unprovoked
either! And those teens should be taught that doing such stuff can cause
things like that to happen. Not everyone is going to obey the law unless
you want to stick enforcers in every single household. Sorry, but it is a
reality check. Keep poking some one with a stick, regardless if it is
something that's padded and won't hurt them, and eventually some are going
to snap whether you like it or not.
