Rear Drum Breaks

I've got a 1992 Ford Ranger, and I put new drum breaks on the rear about
2 weeks ago. The right one keeps hanging up and rubbing all the time.
And every once in a while it will completely lock up and the left wheel
will do nothing but spin. When that happens I have to back up and put it
in 4-wheel drive to get it to go. The breaks are put on there
correctly...does anyone know what the problem is? Any help is
appreciated. Thanks.
