There is nothing in that approach about liking or not, it is just a matter of determining wether a cable is audible or not. IF there is an audible difference, THEN there would be a question regarding which is the best (THEN the taste would be a factor), but FIRST i would like it PROVEN that there IS a difference (which I think there in most cases is not). If none of us hear a difference the cables are equally good for us both, regardless of taste.
