Any users of HHB ADAT tapes here?

I've been using HHB ADAT tapes for a number of years with no problems.
Suddenly last night I had one break where the leader meets the magnetic
tape and another wrap itself around the inside of the tape housing thus
jamming the tape in the machine. This was on two different machines.

The problem tapes look different to the old HHB tapes so I was wondering
whether anyone else has had similar experiences with the new style
tapes? HHB say they have had no other reports of problems.
