I am trying to figure out what hardware to invest in in order to improve
my audio quality, and it seems like the rme digiface may be the way to
go for it's a/d converters, features, etc. I was wondering if people had
experience running these cards w/ logic and their opinions, also
wondering what my track limit will be in logic with this device. Any
advice? I was also curious how Logic acts w/ the totalmix software. Does
it really effectively relieve the host of cpu burden? Much of my
motivation in this area is to get away from the Logic internal mixer,
which is not that great in Logic 4. Any response is appreciated.
