Who is the "us" you are referring to, Krueger - aside from your friend,
McKelvy, you would appear to be quite isolated - and its not because of your
views, but rather because of the hostility and unprovoked personal attacks you
constantly use to convey them.

Unlike you, Krueger, I don't engage in personal attacks simply because somebody
doesn't agree with me.  Of course, in dealing with people such as yourself,
that have engaged in unprovoked personal attacks against me, civil
communication is apparently impossible.
But with a few notable exception such as yourself and McKelvy, no such problem
exists.
