AW: Jamie/Vicky/Lisa

Was this triangle planned from the start (Vicky befriending Lisa and Jamie
before her car crash, Lisa and Jamie helping her out of her coma, etc.), or did
Vicky pursue Jamie because of a change in headwriters?

I liked Vicky and Lisa's friendship, as small as it is, and I cannot stand
Jamie; too bad they had to go that predictable route.
